توضیحات :
-4 days per week workout at gym( with each program, 2 days)
-4 days training should not be continuously and with no rest day
-Do not do any exercise for abdomen now, I will give to you after 2 months 
-Exercises should be started 2-2.5 months after date of your surgery 
-First 3-4 weeks of starting this program, get a personal trainer and ask her only to
 do these programs and training with you, it is better because you will not do wrong exercises
-After each session of training(4 days per week) do 25min stationary bike (not normal one)
-Start the stationary bike from 10 min and each session increase it for 5 min to reach to 25 min
-Resistance level of stationary bike should be between 2-4
-Don't use heavy weights, and also not too much light weight, you must feel little pressure
